No. BrokerConnect doesn't replace Outlook, Gmail, or text messaging. It remembers the important parts of every conversation, helps prepare polished replies, tracks commitments, and reminds you when follow-up is needed.

Does BrokerConnect send messages on my behalf?

Never. Every draft is yours to review, edit, and copy into your email client. You always stay in control.

How do follow-ups escalate?

Reminders move from neutral to amber, then to red as they become overdue — so nothing important slips through the cracks.

Will BrokerConnect work with BrokerIQ?

Yes. The two applications are designed to feel like members of the same product family. From within BrokerIQ you'll be able to launch BrokerConnect already filtered to a specific engagement.
